    Short version: Your CSV file, buyer names, shipping addresses, and order contents never leave your browser — that part hasn't changed. If you create an account to use a paid plan, we additionally store your email address and a monthly label count (not order contents) to run your subscription, and Stripe processes your payment details on our behalf.
  

What This Site Does

TCG Speed Shipper converts TCGPlayer packing list CSV files (or pasted addresses, on Premium) into printable PDF shipping labels. Label generation runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript.

When you upload a CSV file, it is read by your browser's built-in FileReader API and processed locally. The resulting PDF is generated in your browser using the jsPDF library and downloaded directly to your device. At no point does your CSV file, buyer names, or shipping addresses get sent to our server or any third party.

Free Plan — No Account, Nothing Collected

You can use the Free plan (5 labels/month) without creating an account. In that mode we do not collect, transmit, or store anything: no CSV contents, no buyer data, no return address. Your return address, design preferences, and monthly label count are saved only in your own browser's localStorage, which never leaves your device.

What We Store If You Create an Account

Signing in is only needed to use a paid plan (Base or Premium) or to check usage from another device. If you sign in, we store:

Your email address (via our authentication provider, Supabase)
Your plan (Free/Base/Premium) and subscription status
A count of how many labels you've generated this month — not the buyer names, addresses, or order contents behind that count
A Stripe customer/subscription ID, so we can manage billing

Your CSV, buyer names, and shipping addresses are never uploaded as part of this — labels are still built entirely in your browser, whether or not you're signed in.

Newsletter Sign-Up

If you enter your email in the "Get occasional product updates" box, we store only that email address, to send occasional updates about the product. It is not linked to your account, plan, or usage, and is never sold or shared. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use your browser's localStorage to keep you signed in between visits, remember your return address and design preferences, and (for anonymous Free-plan use) track your monthly label count. This is standard browser storage, not third-party tracking cookies, and it stays on your device.

Third-Party Services

This site uses the following third-party services:

Supabase — authentication and account/plan storage, if you sign in.
Stripe — payment processing for paid plans. We never see or store your full card number; see Stripe's privacy policy.
Google Fonts — to load the fonts used in the site design. Google's font CDN may log your IP address per their privacy policy.
Cloudflare CDN — the jsPDF and QR code libraries are loaded from Cloudflare/jsDelivr-hosted CDNs. These may log standard HTTP request data.

Children's Privacy

TCG Speed Shipper is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "last updated" date.
